Silver b3 is a small personal retail business specialising in the sale of Classic, Celtic and Design Led Gifts, Personal Accessories, and Jewellery of quality, distinction, design elegance and were relevant, historically authentic hand crafted reproduction.

We are locally based in the South West of England, but we ship our products to most all international destinations.

Most all of our gifts and accessories are not only distinct in terms of their quality, substance, & design elegance, but are very competitively priced. They are likely to be of considerablely better value than those that occasionally become available through other retail mediums, such as Major High Street chains, & Mail Order Catalogues, and other 'On-Line' shops and Catalogues etc.

Making A Purchase .
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, Once you have identified an item or items you wish to purchase click on the "Add To Cart" button. You will then be asked to confirm your choice and quantity. This will only place the selected item into the 'shopping cart'. This process can be repeated with as many products as you like, without commitment to any purchase. After you have finished your selection/s, you can either proceed directly to the "CHECKOUT" icon, or click on "VIEW CART" icon were you will be able to view / check the item/s you have selected. You can then confirm, alter, or cancel your selection/s. Just follow the on screen prompts. At the point of 'Credit / Debit Card' information being required, you will be taken to a 'SECURE SITE' where you will be asked for a few details, using 128 bit encryption, that we need to be able to process /satisfy the order.

Shipping .
ALL UK ORDERS ARE SENT BY Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Postage is charged at cost. This is determined by the 'Gross Weight' of the product, (including packaging) The cost is then automatically calculated for you during the 'Checkout' process. There is no charge for UK Handling / Packaging.

UK Postage and Packing are FREE on orders over £250.00

Note - Please be aware that there should be somebody at the delivery address to sign for the goods.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:

Most all 'Overseas Orders' are geberally sent by Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' Air Mail Service the costs of which are determined by choice of location / Country, and Gross Weight, then automatically calculated on this basis during the 'Checkout' process. The shipping cost include insurance / compensation up to a maximum of between £250 - £500.00 dependant on destination.
The 'International Signed For' service is subject to gross weight limits. This is currently set by Royal Mail at 2kg. Should your order exceed this weight an alternative Royal Mail, or other air mail service will be used.

Delivery Schedule .
We aim to process your order right away. Whilst we will normally send your order to you WITHIN 5-7 business days, (Including International destinations) we ask that you allow up to 21 days for UK deliveries and up to 28 days for Overseas / International orders.

Please note our shipping schedule in respect of our Gold Elvish pieces. IF the item / size IS in stock then we advise you allow 5 - 7 working days for shipment.
IF the item / size is NOT in stock, please allow 14 -21 days for shipment. For 9ct White & Rose Gold please allow 21 - 28 days, and for 18ct Gold please allow at least 28 days.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Back Orders .
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on 'back order' for you. Upon the item being re-stocked your order will be immediately dispatched to you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges .
All prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE with the exception of shipping charges only.

Credit Card Security .
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when you enter the SECURE SITE, when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they are cleared from the secure site in order to process the payment. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

3D Secure. (Additional Online / Card Payment Security)

3D Secure is a culmination of 'Verified by Visa' and 'MasterCard Secure Code'. It is the latest additional fraud prevention initiative launched by the various card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating a customer / shopper at the time of the transaction.

3D Secure is an extra security step you must take to process your order, but is intended to provide greater customer security.

After you have chosen your item / goods and elected to pay, you will be sent to the payment pages on the Protx secure servers / card entry screens. There, you will enter your card details and submit them for processing.

When submitting your card details, depending on the card type entered, you will be redirected to a Visa or MasterCard page.

If you have already registered your card for 3D Secure, you will be asked to enter your 3D Secure password.
If you have not registered your card before, you will have the option to do so, there and then.
If you have not registered your card and do not wish to do so you can bypass the process.

If you have registered you card for 3D Secure, Visa or MasterCard will verify you and if the details you have provided are correct the transaction will continue as normal and be sent to the bank for authorisation.>

Guarantee .
We are anxious that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, or your order does not meet your requirements, then we offer a 14 day no quibble product returns policy.

Provided no damage has been caused (excepting that beyond your control) rendering the item unusable, then just return it to us within 14 days, and your order will be fully refunded to you immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Returns Policy .
If you do wish to return anything, you need to contact us as soon as possible and obtain acknowledgement. Provided no damage has been caused, (excepting that beyond your control) then securely package and return the item to us within 14 working days of the date the item was received by you, and your order will be fully refunded to you immediately upon receipt of the undamaged returned item.

We would strongly advise you to use a recorded method of despatch.
