Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, Once you have identified an item or items you wish to purchase click on the "Add To Cart" button. This process can be repeated with as many products as you like, without commitment to any purchase. After you have finished your selection/s, you can either proceed directly to the "CHECKOUT" icon, or click on "VIEW CART" icon were you will be able to view / check the item/s you have selected. You can then confirm, alter, or cancel your selection/s. Just follow the on screen prompts. At the point of 'PayPal or Credit / Debit Card' information being required, you will be taken to PayPal's 'SECURE SITE' Payment Methods / Options: 1.) Shipping UK ORDERS: ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE STOCKED AND SENT FROM WITHIN THE UK. Most all UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Postage is charged at less than cost. This is determined by the 'Gross Weight' of the product, (including packaging) The cost is then automatically calculated for you during the 'Checkout' process. There is no charge for UK Handling / Packaging. UK Postage / Shipping is FREE on ALL orders over £50.00 OVERSEAS ORDERS: Most all 'Overseas Orders' are generally sent by Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' Air Mail Service the costs of which are determined by choice of location / Country, and Gross Weight, then automatically calculated on this basis during the 'Checkout' process. The shipping cost includes insurance / compensation up to a maximum of between £250 - £500.00 dependant on destination. The 'International Signed For' service is subject to gross weight limits. This is currently set by Royal Mail at 2kg. Should your order exceed this weight an alternative Royal Mail, or other air mail service will be used. International Postage / Shipping is FREE on ALL orders over £100.00 |
Delivery Schedule We aim to process your order right away, and to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours, excepting Weekends and Bank Holidays. This will be the case for most 'in stock' items. However we ask you to allow 3-5 working days before dispatch, (Including International destinations). For 'out of stock' items we ask you to allow 7-10 working days before dispatch. PLEASE NOTE: All orders are subject to availability AND the above Delivery Schedules are also subject to the Payment Method / Option chosen. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on 'back order' for you. Upon the item being re-stocked your order will be immediately dispatched to you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges We DO NOT charge any Value Added Tax (VAT) on any of our products. We also DO NOT charge any surcharges for Credit or Debit Card payments, as some retailers do. With the exception of the overseas shipping charges. the product price displayed is the price paid for that product. |

Returns Policy If you do wish to return anything, you need to contact us as soon as possible and obtain acknowledgement.
