Silver b3 is a small personal online retail business providing a diverse range of Classic, Celtic and Design Led Gifts, Personal Accessories, and Jewellery of quality, distinction, design elegance and were relevant, historically authentic hand crafted reproduction.
We are locally based in the South West of England, but we ship our products to most all international destinations.
Most all of our gifts and accessories are not only distinct in terms of their quality, substance, & design elegance, but are very competitively priced. They are likely to be of considerably better value than those that occasionally become available through other retail mediums, such as Major High Street chains, & Mail Order Catalogues, and other 'On-Line' shops and Catalogues etc.
So if your looking for that Special or Unique gift, one not to be found in any of the regular high street shops, particularly for those irritating friends and family members who already have everything, then look no further. Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, Once you have identified an item or items you wish to purchase click on the "Add To Cart" button. This process can be repeated with as many products as you like, without commitment to any purchase. After you have finished your selection/s, you can either proceed directly to the "CHECKOUT" icon, or click on "VIEW CART" icon were you will be able to view / check the item/s you have selected. You can then confirm, alter, or cancel your selection/s. Just follow the on screen prompts. At the point of 'PayPal or Credit / Debit Card' information being required, you will be taken to PayPal's 'SECURE SITE'
We accept PayPal payments, and all Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex) and Discover, etc.)
We DO NOT charge any surcharges for Credit or Debit Card payments, as some retailers do.

Shipping and Handling
ALL UK ORDERS ARE SENT BY Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Postage is charged at cost. This is determined by the 'Gross Weight' of the product, (including packaging) The cost is then automatically calculated for you during the 'Checkout' process.
There is no charge for Handling / Packaging.
Postage / Shipping is FREE on orders over £250.00
Note - Please be aware that there should be somebody at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Most all 'Overseas Orders' are generally sent by Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' Air Mail Service the costs of which are determined by choice of location / Country, and Gross Weight, then automatically calculated on this basis during the 'Checkout' process. The shipping cost includes insurance / compensation up to a maximum of between £250 - £500.00 dependant on destination.
The 'International Signed For' service is subject to gross weight limits. This is currently set by Royal Mail at 2kg. Should your order exceed this weight an alternative Royal Mail, or other air mail service will be used.
We aim to process your order right away, and to dispatch your order within 24- 48 hours, excepting weekends, and this will be the case for most 'in stock' items. However we ask you to allow up to 3 working days before dispatch, (Including International destinations). For 'out of stock' items we ask you to allow up to 7 working days before dispatch.
ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on 'back order' for you. Upon the item being re-stocked your order will be immediately dispatched to you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We DO NOT charge any Value Added Tax (VAT) on any of our produts.
We also DO NOT charge any surcharges for Credit or Debit Card payments, as some retailers do.
With the exception of shipping charges. the product price displayed is the price paid for that product.
Credit / Debit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when you enter the SECURE SITE, when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they are cleared from the secure site in order to process the payment. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
PCI DSS Compliance.
PayPal are fully PCI DSS Compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of 12 requirements designed to secure and protect customer payment data. PCI DSS is a worldwide information security standard defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The standard was created to help payment card industry organisations that process card payments prevent credit card fraud through increased controls around data and its exposure to compromise. The standard applies to all organisations that hold, process, or exchange cardholder information from any card branded with the logo of one of the card brands.
3D Secure. (Additional Online / Card Payment Security)
3D Secure is a culmination of 'Verified by Visa' and 'MasterCard Secure Code'. It is the latest additional fraud prevention initiative launched by the various card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating a customer / shopper at the time of the transaction.
3D Secure is an extra security step you must take to process your order, but is intended to provide greater customer security.
We are anxious that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, or your order does not meet your requirements, then we offer a 14 day no quibble product returns policy.
Provided no damage has been caused (excepting that beyond your control) rendering the item unusable, then just return it to us within 14 days, and your order will be fully refunded to you immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

The collection of personal data is captured by 'Cookies' but is ONLY used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your 'shopping cart' once you have selected an item to purchase, and to capture customer / delivery addresses in order to fulfil the order placed.
